How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also track your order at Track Order using your order number and email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at Contact.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Add gift wrap at checkout for $4.99. Include a personal message and we’ll pack it with a branded tissue, ribbon, and handwritten note card.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders $75 and over. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express (1–2 days) is $18. Overnight is $35.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is planned for 2026.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or limited drops, this may extend to 2–3 days. You’ll be notified by email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer easy 30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Start your return from your account dashboard or visit our Returns Portal. Print your prepaid label and drop it at any carrier location.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. During the return process, select “Exchange” and choose your replacement size. If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Allow an additional 2–7 days for your bank to post the credit.

How do I measure my head?
Use a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head (about 1 inch above your eyebrows). Compare to our Size Guide.
Are Texas Hotties hats ponytail-friendly?
Most Texas Hotties trucker hats feature a rear snap-back opening designed for a ponytail or high bun. Look for the “Ponytail Compatible” label on each product page.
Do hats stretch after wearing?
Unstructured cotton and dad caps typically mold to your head over time. Structured caps and trucker hats maintain their shape with the snap-back for adjustment.

Do you offer youth sizes?
Yes! Select Texas Hotties styles are available in youth sizing. Filter by “Youth Sizes” on the Texas Hotties collection page.
How do I get early access to new drops?
Sign up for our email list and select “Texas Hotties exclusives” in your preferences. Early-access drops are sent via email 24 hours before general release.
Loyalty Program
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point per $1 spent on purchases. Bonus points for reviews (50 pts), referrals (100 pts), birthday (200 pts), and social follows (25 pts).
Do points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Making any purchase resets the inactivity clock.
What are the loyalty tiers?
Standard (0–499 pts) • Republic (500–1999 pts) • 1836 Circle (2000+ pts). Higher tiers unlock exclusive products, faster shipping, and member pricing.
